ANTONIO VALENCIA headed to Ecuador with big doubts over his Manchester United future.
The former skipper was overlooked by boss Jose Mourinho for the last two games despite being fit following mouth surgery.

Valencia, 33, got the OK to play for his country and get game time but his club chances now look grim.
As we revealed, Valencia can talk to clubs in the new year if United do not take up an option to extend his contract — and the way Mourinho has relegated him suggests he will be off.
His absence came after he mistakenly ‘liked’ a social media comment criticising the Old Trafford boss.
Mourinho had insisted Valencia was not yet ready for a first-team return.

But the former Wigan star hit the opener and played for 80 minutes as Ecuador beat Peru 2-0 on Thursday.
And afterwards he claimed Mourinho had left him out for "tactical easons – not concerns over fitness.
He told Area Deportiva and said: " Right now I haven’t been playing, but it’s more of a tactical decision.
"The player who has been in my place [Ashley Young] has been playing well. You have to respect the decision."
